What is it?
This is a challenge made for BEGINNERS, but advanced yogi’s are welcome, and we will offer different variations to make the moves more difficult/easier.
When is it?
This October!
Who’s hosting it?
This is very important to understand. I am doing the 1-15 of October, and she will be hosting the 16-30. We will both be participating, and you may submit to either of us, but please make sure you know who is hosting what day.
